Communication- Your dedicated property manager will ensure you are up to date with everything concerning your property and investment. We communicate to our owners/landlords with rental activity and maintenance updates. You receive a weekly and monthly summary report emailed to you from the property manager. All owners have access to the owners portal where you are able to view financial statements, invoices, new leases and rental activity reports. We communicate using three principles - value, transparency, and honesty. Through these values we have become the top choice for commercial property management. We do weekly walk throughs of all our properties and then relay the results with full color photos to the owners.
After Hours Emergency Service - We are available 24/7/365 days a year. Our in house maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring all our tenants have quick response to their emergency issue by speaking to a live agent. This gives peace of mind that the issue will be dealt with immediately.
Maintenance- Our maintenance team are in house employees who are highly trained in all areas of maintenance and troubleshooting. Whether it is a plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, general carpentry or handyman work we can take care of everything in between. Save on costs - instead of paying $80-$130 per hour our team charges $45 per hour and there are no surprise fees, truck charges, mileage charges, or inflated costs for materials purchased. Tenants can request maintenance through their own portal where it will be dispatched to one of our technicians and property manager on duty to assess and take action.
Administration: Our admin team is our support arm of the business. They assist in accounting, real estate, property management, process work orders and maintenance requests, rent roll, tenant inquiries, setting vendors up and assisting in everything on the back end. This gives our front end team the ability to do what they do best - going above and beyond for our clients and tenants.
Accounting: Our in house accounting team is constantly engaged in ensuring accurate reporting of your financial statements, budgets, capital expenditures and rent rolls. They also handle holding vendors accountable with their invoicing and timely response to submitting invoices and quotes.
